Through his work on the “Fast & Furious” franchise (he’s now scoring “Fast & Furious 7”), he became close to Paul Walker and the actor’s death still stings. In addition to the “Fast” series, Tyler also scored Walker’s 2008 film, “The Lazarus Project.” That was a labor of love for him,” Tyler says. “I wrote his theme for that and that’s what his family asked to have played as his memorial service. It’s called ‘Jaybird.’ He was really a great guy, just a sweet guy and outside the Hollywood system. He wasn’t interested in being a superstar, he’s rather be on a surfboard.”

Tune in tonight during Shark Week to see the late Paul Walker on Spawn of Jaws: The Birth at 10/9c on the Discovery Channel

A sad farewell to the amazing Robin Williams. He was truly one of a kind.

Paul Walker will have an appearance in 2014’s Shark Week on Discovery Channel. Good to know they haven’t forgotten his immense contributions to ocean conservation.

I think that a huge problem is people who read comics and don’t understand the point of superheroes, which is to be the best version of yourself. You love Captain America? Well, you know what Captain America would never do? Go online anonymously and shit on a girl for having an opinion.

Vin Diesel on “Live with Kelly and Michael” this Friday talking about Paul Walker’s tragic death and how it effected returning to work for Fast and Furious 7

I grew up in the bouncer world, and we lost people while we were bouncing. But the brotherhood in Paul Walker was something completely different.

It was someone that, we grew up in the business together, and we became famous together, and we represented the biggest franchise together.

He was my partner, and it’s a strange thing…I’ve been acting all my life and they don’t teach you in acting, how to mourn someone and simultaneously pretend they’re in a scene with you.

It’s one of the darker moments in this, in my journey.

"It’s not how you stand by your car, it’s how you race your car.."

Vin Diesel speaks to Extra about Paul Walker and Fast & Furious 7

"There’s no one like Paul Walker, and there was only one Paul Walker…"

"Just being in the vehicle, that was synonymous with Paul and myself, just was so hard to get through."

Vin Diesel remembers Paul Walker on Entertainment Tonight

When you’ve worked with someone for 15 years where you know each other’s idiosyncrasies, and you’re able to create magic together and you’ve created magic together for so long.

It’s a strange thing to mourn that person and simultaneously pretend that person is next to you, which made Fast 7 the hardest movie I’ve ever had make and in some ways, the most important movie I’ve ever had to make.

VIN DIESEL & PAUL WALKER » their families are one

This is my family, I found it all on my own. It’s little and broken, but still good. Yeah, still good.
